1. What is 550 GiftCycle?
550 GiftCycle is a community-based dream funding platform where members support one another through structured contributions. Members create dreams, make a contribution, and become eligible to receive funding after their dream matures.
2. How does Dream Funding work?
When you create a dream, the system automatically calculates a 20% contribution based on your desired dream amount. After your contribution is successfully verified, your dream becomes active and enters a 30-day maturity period.
3. What is the difference between a Personal Dream and a Group Dream?
Personal Dream: Dream amounts from R1,000 to R49,000.
Group Dream: Dream amounts from R50,000 to R200,000,000.
The system automatically determines the dream type based on the amount entered.
4. When does my dream become active?
Your dream becomes active only after your contribution payment has been verified by the administrator.
5. How long is the maturity period?
All active dreams have a 30-day maturity period. A countdown timer is displayed on your dashboard showing the remaining time until maturity.
6. Can I receive funding immediately after creating a dream?
No. Your dream must first be activated through contribution verification and complete the maturity period before funding assignments can begin.
7. How do I know when I have a payment assignment?
Payment assignments appear on your dashboard under Payment Assignments. You will also receive notifications when important updates occur.
8. How do I make a contribution payment?
Once assigned, you will receive the receiver’s payment details. Make the payment and upload your Proof of Payment (POP) through the system.
9. What happens after I upload my POP?
The administrator reviews and verifies your proof of payment. Once approved, the assignment status is updated accordingly.
10. How do I update my bank or USDT details?
Navigate to Payment Details from your dashboard and update your banking or USDT wallet information.
11. Can I use USDT instead of a bank account?
Yes. Members may choose either Bank Transfer or USDT and save their preferred payment details in their account.
12. How do referrals work?
Each member receives a unique referral code and referral link. When a new member joins using your referral code, the referral is linked to your account.
13. What happens if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
14. Are my bonuses available immediately?
No. Welcome and referral bonuses are released according to the platform’s reward rules and maturity requirements.
15. Where can I see my dream status?
You can view all your dreams, dream statuses, activation dates, maturity dates, and progress information in the My notifications and Dreams section of your dashboard.
